Current production lineage: cumulative live-salon improvements through version 5.1.57, adapted as reusable HORIZIN salon-booking capabilities without client-specific data, branding or colour schemes.
HORIZIN colour system: the sellable product now uses its own darker industrial palette — midnight navy, steel blue, petrol teal, burnished copper, dark brass, slate, gunmetal and graphite — across client booking, manager booking, staff booking, service cards, confirmations and Time Off.
Automatic Chair-Rental Invoicing
HORIZIN Salon Booking is designed for salons with self-employed stylists. Each stylist can have a chair-rental profile and the system can automatically generate the correct rental invoice by day, week or month, email it to the stylist and send a copy to the salon owner or administrator.
Choose the stylist’s rental weekdays and invoice only those chair-rental days.
Generate one invoice for the completed Monday–Sunday rental period.
Generate one invoice for the full previous calendar month.
PDF goes to the stylist and the salon owner/admin receives a copy.
Rates, currency, tax/VAT, payment terms, invoice prefix and resend controls are managed by the salon.
A permanent ledger prevents duplicate invoices and keeps a record of generated and sent invoices.
