The customer purchases a licence to use the deployed Jewelry Command Center. HORIZIN Apps Publishers retains ownership of the underlying software, source code, reusable components and intellectual property. Source-code ownership is not transferred unless separately negotiated in writing.

Customer-controlled deployment
The current standalone release family is designed to run on the customer’s maintained central server or private infrastructure. Staff use secure browser or installed PWA access to the same central database. It is not a Shopify operating system and does not require WordPress for the standalone deployment.
Current HORIZIN master
The reusable HORIZIN master is now v6.3.0, upstreamed from the v6.2.5 security/deployment baseline. It adds stronger password handling, TOTP MFA and recovery codes, persistent brute-force protection, secure session/CSRF controls, immediate session revocation, safer public links and rate limits, hardened update/backup handling, and Windows Server 2019/IIS deployment support while retaining the full jewellery operations platform.
Security & governance
Named accounts, role boundaries, audit events, controlled purchasing approval, staged updates, backup/restore procedures and server-side secrets are part of the delivery model. Production security still depends on the customer’s HTTPS, server hardening, backups, endpoint security and IT procedures.
