What it is for
This tool is designed for people who find a large block of instructions difficult to hold in working memory. It keeps the wording close to the original, separates individual actions, and highlights dates, times, money and other details that are easy to lose in a paragraph.
It does not diagnose dyslexia, replace professional assessment, or decide what a legal, financial or medical instruction means. If the original wording is unclear or high-consequence, confirm it with the organisation or professional who issued it.
